Description: Classic red vinification method. The total ageing period of the wine is 12 months in french oak barriques. An earthy and soft Cabernet Sauvignon with subtle layering of red and black fruits like plums, as well as spices like green pepper. The ageing of this wine brings out its richness and aromas to the fullest. Has fleshy texture with notes of leather and black raisins, good balance and structure as well as strong, intense, long aftertaste.

Combined: Ideally suited to stews, big poultry cooked with red sauces, like coc au vin, lamb cooked in the pot and semi-hard cheeses. Best served at 18 °C. Ready to be consumed, it will keep evolving for at least 10 more years under ideal storage conditions.
