Description: Lovely deep garnet-red color with violet highlights. At the nose, elegant, with appealing hints of red fruit (raspberry and redcurrant) and a slight smokiness. Starts out smooth and round on the palate, going on to reveal delicious fresh fruit aromas, as well as hints of blackcurrant and clove. The aftertaste is every bit as good, with a touch of vanilla.
Combined: This wine goes beautifully with beef, lamb, delicatessen meats, etc.
Blend: 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Meunier

Description: The Carte d’Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful and complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly.
Combined: Ideal as an aperitif. At the table it goes with white meats, rolled fish fillets, Chaource cheese. Serve at 7°C.

Description: The nose brings to mind white peach and pear but also more floral notes such as peony. On the palate a mineral Champagne, lightly biscuity, creamy, supple, seductive.
Combined: Ideal as an aperitif. At the table it goes superbly with white meats, chilled smoked salmon with citrus fruits, tagliatelle with scallops. Serve at 7°C.
